Born and raised in the heart of the French Alps, Julien has been skiing and cooking since he was a child. After completing his culinary training in some of the finest kitchens in France, he returned to his hometown to open his own chalet-style restaurant.
Julien’s menus reflect his passion for simple, fresh mountain cuisine. His signature dishes include homemade soups, local game meats, and fresh mountain berries. Julien’s diners come from all over the world to experience his unique take on traditional Alpine cuisine.
When he’s not in the kitchen, Julien can be found skiing the slopes of his hometown or hiking in the surrounding hills. He is a true lover of the mountains and the simple life they offer.
