Bellevue Direct License Terms — one website and lifetime updates

Plain-language summary

Your US$49 purchase gives you a non-exclusive license to use the Bellevue WordPress theme on one WordPress website. You own your website and content; Pixel Makers Creative INC retains ownership of Bellevue and its intellectual property.

One-site license

• You may install, activate, and use Bellevue on one live WordPress website.
• Each additional live website requires its own Bellevue license.
• You may also use Bellevue on local, development, or staging copies used only to build, test, or maintain that same licensed website. Those copies may not be used as separate public websites.
• You may move the license to a replacement website or domain after deactivating it on the previous website. The license may be active on only one live website at a time. On WordPress Multisite, one license covers one live website; separately operated public sites in the network require separate licenses.

Permitted use

You may use Bellevue to create and operate the licensed website, including a website you build for a client, provided that only one live website uses the license and the theme is not redistributed.

You may modify Bellevue for the licensed website. Your modifications do not transfer ownership of Bellevue or give you the right to distribute, sell, sublicense, or make the theme available as a standalone product or download.

Product registration and updates

After purchase, you receive a Bellevue purchase code and the right to register one website. Registration enables seamless Bellevue automatic updates for that website.

“Lifetime updates” means access to Bellevue updates that Pixel Makers Creative INC releases while it continues to maintain Bellevue. It does not mean that Bellevue must be maintained or updated indefinitely. It also does not guarantee compatibility with every future version of WordPress, PHP, browser, hosting environment, plugin, or third-party service.

Updates apply to Bellevue itself. Third-party products, services, hosting, and custom code remain subject to their own terms, availability, and compatibility.

Support

The purchase includes 12 months of Tier 2 priority Bellevue support, subject to the published Tier 2 Support Scope. The support period begins when payment is verified. Support and updates are separate benefits: the end of the included support period does not end the update entitlement for the registered website.

Access and purchase code

Your purchase code, protected download access, registration entitlement, and support eligibility are issued after payment is verified. Keep your purchase email, purchase code, and secure access link private. You are responsible for activity performed using access information you share.

Contact Bellevue support if you believe your purchase access or code has been compromised.

Restrictions

You may not:

• use one license on more than one live website;
• share, publish, distribute, resell, sublicense, or provide Bellevue as a standalone product;
• make the theme files or purchase access publicly available;
• use the purchase code to provide updates or support to an unlicensed website; or
• bypass or interfere with reasonable licensing, registration, download, or access controls.

Compatibility and third-party services

Bellevue is software that operates with WordPress and may interact with hosting environments, browsers, plugins, and third-party services. No compatibility with every configuration or every future third-party change is promised. Customers are responsible for using currently supported versions of WordPress, PHP, Bellevue, and related software.

Refunds and applicable rights

Refund requests are handled under the Bellevue Digital-Product Refund Policy. These terms do not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
