Bellevue Privacy Policy
Bellevue Privacy Policy
Effective August 23, 2026.
Who is responsible for your Bellevue purchase information
Pixel Makers Creative INC, Canada, is the seller and author of the Bellevue WordPress theme. We use personal information to process and fulfill purchases, provide secure access, manage licensing and updates, deliver support, prevent fraud, and review refund or payment issues.
Questions about this disclosure or requests to access or correct your personal information may be sent to help@bellevuetheme.com.
Information used for a direct purchase
Depending on how you use the service, purchase information may include:
- the email address supplied at checkout;
- payment status and transaction details provided by Stripe;
- the Bellevue product purchased and applicable purchase records;
- the Bellevue purchase code, protected-access information, registration status, and support dates;
- communications and diagnostic information you choose to provide to support; and
- information needed to review suspected fraud, payment disputes, or refund requests.
Pixel Makers Creative INC does not require you to create an account to buy Bellevue. Customer purchase access is provided through a secure link sent to the purchase email address. Purchase-access links expire after 30 days; the download link generated from the secure purchase page expires after 10 minutes. If a link expires, contact Bellevue support from the purchase email address to request fresh access. Keep that email and link private and contact support if you believe access has been compromised.
Service providers
Stripe — payment and receipt
Stripe collects and processes checkout and payment information, including the purchase email, and sends the payment receipt. Stripe handles payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. Pixel Makers Creative INC receives the purchase and payment information needed to verify and fulfill the order, maintain business records, provide customer service, and handle fraud, disputes, and refunds. An Envato account is not charged, and Envato billing details are not reused.
Brevo — fulfillment email
Brevo is used to send the Bellevue fulfillment email and related transactional purchase messages to the purchase email address. A purchase email will not be added to promotional marketing solely because it was used to buy Bellevue; any marketing use will follow the applicable consent requirements and stated choices.
Help Scout — customer support
Help Scout is the initial Bellevue support channel. Information you submit in a support request, including your contact details, purchase information, messages, attachments, and diagnostic details, may be processed there so we can respond and maintain the support record.
Optional Envato connection
If Bellevue offers an Envato connection and you choose to use it, the connection is optional and consent-based. If you choose to connect, access is limited to your Envato username, email address, and purchases of items created by this app’s creator. We use that information to link your identity and verify relevant Bellevue purchases.
Optional Envato sign-in is not used to charge your Envato account, access or reuse Envato billing details, or retrieve purchases from unrelated creators. You can buy Bellevue directly without connecting Envato.
How purchase information is used
We use purchase information to:
- verify payment and deliver the product;
- issue and manage protected downloads, purchase codes, registrations, updates, and support eligibility;
- send receipts, fulfillment messages, service notices, and support replies;
- maintain purchase, accounting, licensing, and customer-service records;
- detect, investigate, and respond to fraud, unauthorized activity, disputes, and refund requests; and
- meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations that apply to the business.
Website analytics and operational monitoring
We use privacy-minimized first-party analytics to understand which public pages, buttons, cards, demos, and destinations are used; measure the direct-purchase journey; and detect broken pages, browser errors, checkout failures, and transactional-message delivery problems.
The first-party system may record Bellevue-owned public page, referrer, destination, and error-source paths without query strings or fragments; the referring and destination domains for other websites; button or card label, type, placement, and destination category; a broad device class; the originating Bellevue demo; checkout and purchase outcomes; and sanitized error categories. It does not put third-party referrer, destination, or error-source paths, form-field contents, email addresses, payment details, purchase codes, complete URLs with query strings, URL fragments, raw IP addresses, or user-agent strings into the analytics table. A random session identifier is held in your browser’s session storage and the server stores only a one-way keyed hash of it. The IP address associated with a collection request is used to enforce a short-lived abuse-prevention limit; ordinary hosting and security logs are handled separately for site operation and security. Raw first-party analytics events are deleted after 90 days.
Google Analytics
The Bellevue website and demos also use Google Analytics for aggregate website-usage reporting. Under Google’s default implementation, Google Analytics may use a first-party _ga cookie and process session statistics, approximate location, and browser or device information. Google handles that information under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not intentionally send purchase email addresses, payment details, purchase codes, form-field contents, or support-message contents to Google Analytics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See Google’s Analytics data-collection documentation and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Storage, service providers, and safeguards
Pixel Makers Creative INC and its service providers may process information in the countries where they operate. Their handling of information is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy practices.
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and for applicable legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and security requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, correction, and questions
To ask what personal information Pixel Makers Creative INC holds about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern, contact help@bellevuetheme.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained or withheld where permitted or required by law.
This Privacy Policy should be read with the Direct License Terms, Refund Policy, and Tier 2 Support Scope.
